The white noise of Israeli - Pakistani normalization

Recently, the debate over establishing diplomatic ties with Israel has picked up in Pakistan. It is a rare discussion in otherwise a vocal Pakistani society where the usual meat of controversies usually comes from the American or the Indian miscreants. This debate, however, is not necessarily news, but this is perhaps the first time we’ve gotten a deeper look at the degree of contact between the two countries. Historically, the technologically sophisticated and far superior IDF has always looked at Pakistani armed forces with professional admiration.
